On 01.20.18, Oliver Bellersheim from CKTEAM '' Cologne Kickboxers '' with the KRAVolution Instructor Team under the direction of Carsten will hold a Mixed Self-Defense Seminar from 1:00 pm to 3:00 pm.
Kickboxing meets self-defense.
Learn from the CKTEAMS national coach and head coach, Oliver Bellersheim to avoid and to counter from Kickboxing and attacks on lethal spots, liver hooks and much more, and from Carsten and the KRAVolution Instructor team the defense techniques against such attacks.
It is an exciting seminar where martial arts (with regimented sporting competition ideas) and Krav Maga self-defense (which is all about survival) are brought together and put to the test.
