This KRAVolution protection was developed together with our female participants, on their needs with the often harder Krav Maga training. The upper section offers 22cm wide foam protection for the upper abdomen / pelvic area, the lower part is reinforced by a hard plastic core for a firm protection. Due to the elastic it sits firmly and has a good extensibility for the demanding woman only training. It provides good protection against kicking or beating in the female genital area during self-defense lessons.
