Description
3-hour Krav Maga Law Enforcement Seminar on "Anti-Stress & Self-Protection" in Cologne, Germany (05:00 pm til 08:00 pm, July 17th, 2019)
According to current studies and surveys, the number of violent attacks on "BOS" members (authorities and organisations with security tasks, e.g. police, judiciary, fire brigade, etc.) is increasing day by day. So it is not surprising that more and more police officers and prison officers, but also rescue services, find themselves exposed to massive violence in their daily work and want to protect themselves from it or at least prepare themselves for it through self-defence training.
In this seminar the following topics will be discussed:
- Understanding and assessing stress
- Physical and psychological components of stress
- What can be retrieved under stress, what not?
- Controlled actions under stress
In our subsequent stress drills it is also about successfully averting aggressive attacks on you and your colleagues and fixing the attacker. Krav Maga LE training is not about winning competitions, but about avoiding a fight through tactical behavior and, if it does take place, ending it as soon as possible. The team training, fixing, fixing and shackling of aggressive persons (e.g. on or in the vehicle) as well as tactical behaviour from the anti-terror concept are part of the seminar plan.
The seminar takes place in German/English and French and is led by Jean-Paul Jauffret, together with the LE trainers of the Krav Maga Institute. As a former police chief of Corsica, Jean Paul knows what is important in the everyday life of a police officer. The Krav Maga expert has over 30 years of training and education experience including 20 years as a trainer of the 2nd REP - Paratrooper Regiment of the French Foreign Legion on Corsica and was last with us at the 3rd REI - Infantry Regiment of the Legion in French Guiana. Jean-Paul lives in Canada and is regarded as one of the most experienced and internationally respected Krav Maga instructors and anti-terror teacher worldwide.
No previous knowledge of Krav Maga is required to participate in this seminar! Since this course is designed for self-defense by the police and military, a service card or comparable serious profession is mandatory.
